Return Policy

Please note that we have a "No Return" Policy.

However, if you have received any product in your order that are in damaged condition or have some defects in it - please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the product with relevant photos. Once we assess and approve the condition of product, send us the product through courier. Once we have received the damaged product, we will immediately ship a replacement piece(s) to you. Kindly make sure that while returning the product its packing is intact and all items are carefully packed in the box provided by us.

If the product in question has gone out of stock, based on your preference - we will either refund the amount or provide you with a store credit of the same value. This will be done once we have received the damaged product.  

Handcrafted Jewellery:

Most of our products are handcrafted and we make it in thread through the designer pieces or beads. We are open to any customisation for such products. If you need any custom changes to be made to such products please reach us at "messenger service" on our website or call our customer care at +919890055211 or simply WhatsApp us. We will handcraft changes to your desire and upload them as listed products which you can buy directly at website.


While accepting the order from our logistics partner, if you notice that the package is in a damaged condition or if the packaging has been tampered with before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +919890055211 or email us at mentioning your Order ID and the exact details of the issue. We will investigate the same on priority and within 24 hours we will update you about our investigation and provide details of the new replacement package.

An order cannot be cancelled once the payment is complete. Only exception will be inventory mismatch at our end. If you end up buying a product that is out of stock, we will cancel the order and refund full payment. Refund will be processed after receipt of the bank account details from the buyer.

Delivery / Shipping Time
3 to 5 working days within India as most of the products are created after receiving your order. Sunday is a non-working day for our courier partner.

Material used for jewelry, Guarantee / Warranty
There is no guarantee/warranty for any creation.

We use best quality raw material that is allergy free.  However if you are allergic to non-gold jewelry we do not hold any responsibility to any kind of damage. 

Content / Photos
All designs, photos and content are entirely our (‘Zivar Creations') property. Please do not use any image / content without our prior written consent or permission as this could lead to legal action taken against you.
